Abstract

Despite the application of participatory finance in Morocco in 2007, this exercise was modest and limited in the timid marketing of a few products by Dar Essafae, while the effective boom in Islamic finance in Morocco only started. in 2017 after the granting of Bank Almaghreb of its authorization to certain banks and banking windows to market the products named alternative, until today the Mourabaha is the product which dominated the transactions of the participative bank with approximately 80?? of all the transactions of Islamic finance in Morocco, through this paper we will conclude the main similarities and differences between the Murabaha and the mortgage loan of the conventional bank
