Global Renewable Energy Market and Energy Transition: Challenges and Prospects for Morocco
Keywords:
Renewable energies, global market, Moroccan market, energy hubAbstract
The objective of this research is to analyze the structure of the global renewable energy market and examine its influence on the Moroccan market. It highlights the role of the government in implementing policies that promote sustainable growth and the development of innovative sectors such as green hydrogen, biogas, and energy storage. Thanks to these dynamics, Morocco is gradually establishing itself as a key player in Africa, combining energy transition with economic development.
In this regard, the article has enabled us to formulate the following research question: How does the global market influence the structure of the Moroccan renewable energy market?
However, the literature often treats global dynamics and national realities separately, without clearly explaining their interaction in emerging economies. This article has enabled us to conduct an integrated analysis of the link between the global market and the structuring of the Moroccan market, thereby shedding new light on the mechanisms of the energy transition in this context.
