Abstract

The purpose of our research is to understand the maturity of Moroccan companies in crisis management and digitalization after the Covid crisis. The main question is how Moroccan companies have handled the new challenges caused by the pandemic crisis, and how does digital technology contribute to this transition ?

Our research will begin with a literature review that will highlight the key concepts : Business Continuity Plan, digital tools and resilience. This literature review will be supported by a quantitative exploratory study aimed at examining the current state and maturity of 42 SMEs from the Rabat-Casablanca region in terms of crisis management and digitalization. This descriptive analysis does not aim to generalize the results to all Moroccan SMEs but rather to explore and understand the changes in crisis management and the adoption of digital tools by a limited group of SMEs after the pandemic crisis. The goal is to raise awareness about the importance of adopting and using digital technologies and the PCA to strengthen resilience and ensure the sustainability of their organizations.
