The specificity of this research is that it is interested in the phenomenon of alignment through its construction and its development over time, which is the reason why we have chosen to carry out a qualitative study of an exploratory nature, this study is a process-based because the work is divided into three periods (before HIS, during the establishment of HIS and the period of operation of HIS), the results will soon show whether the strategic alignment of HIS has reached the desired level or There are still steps to be taken, knowing that the HIS is a new concept in a hospital structures such as the CHU (University Hospital Center) -Ibn Sina.
