Abstract

This article explores the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on management education in both the private and public sectors. AI offers opportunities to personalize learning, enhance pedagogical effectiveness, and improve access to educational resources. However, it also raises significant challenges, such as unequal access, data security, and technological dependency. Through a qualitative study involving 100 participants (50 teachers and 50 students from public and private institutions), the paper analyzes how these actors perceive the influence of AI on their educational experience. A thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews was conducted to identify the main perceived issues, pedagogical opportunities, and associated risks of AI use. The findings show that while AI presents promising avenues for innovation, its implementation requires regulation to mitigate negative impacts and ensure ethical and equitable use in education.
