The Impact of Leadership style on the Performance of Public Organizations in Moroccan University

Abstract

Leadership plays an important role in organizations when managing a team of people it is crucial to achieve objectives within the constraints of time and costs this article examines the impact of leadership quality on organizational effectiveness the measures were derived from a survey of « 30 managers, including presidents, deans, directors, and general secretaries the study reviews all the collected results (50 questionnaires) through empirical research, specifically quantitative research the results from our questionnaire indicate that the leadership of managers in public universities in Morocco holds a significant position in the power hierarchy of the organizational structure.
