Abstract

Online recruitment has become essential for HR professionals, offering candidate assessment, faster integration, and access to qualified candidates through artificial intelligence. This research aims to analyze the scientific production surrounding recruitment through artificial intelligence by conducting a bibliometric analysis based on the PRISMA method. The VosViewer visualization software was chosen for its effectiveness. This study focused on all research conducted between 2019 and 2023. A total of 127 publications were analyzed in May 2024, as documented in the Scopus database, after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results highlight the topics addressed, the most prolific authors, countries, and institutions involved. This research underscores a lack of research in the field of AI-driven recruitment over the past five years.
