Résumé

The digitalization of recruitment has profoundly reshaped talent acquisition practices through the adoption of tools such as job boards, social media, artificial intelligence, and gamified assessments. This study, based on data from 136 recruiters, highlights significant impacts: 88.9% of respondents reported that digital tools enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process, and chi-square tests confirmed statistically significant correlations between tool usage and hiring quality. Job boards, AI, and social media platforms are perceived as particularly effective in improving speed, candidate reach, and screening accuracy. However, the findings also reveal persistent challenges, including algorithmic bias, depersonalization of candidate experience, and unequal access to digital infrastructure. The study concludes that digital recruitment should be approached as an evolving ecosystem requiring a balanced integration of technological innovation and human judgment.
