Résumé

In recent years, the world has undergone profound transformations that have necessitated the re-evaluation and reformulation of economic concepts to align with the demands of evolving circumstances. In response to these changes, the scientific community must prioritize studying such concepts particularly, the notion of industrial sovereignty within a multidimensional and cognitive framework.

This study is grounded in a scoping review conducted through a flexible and iterative approach, aiming to map the various dimensions of industrial sovereignty. It also incorporates a conceptual analysis to clarify key terms and frameworks. The research adopts a narrative and critical perspective, tracing the evolution of Moroccan industrial strategies within their historical and geopolitical context.

Building on this theoretical analysis, the paper seeks to identify tools and criteria for measuring industrial sovereignty in Morocco. This is achieved through a comprehensive vision that not only enriches the conceptual understanding of the concept but also offers practical insights for its application in comparable economic contexts. By bridging theoretical exploration and historical analysis, the study aspires to advance the discourse on industrial sovereignty and its implications for economic resilience and strategic autonomy.
