Abstract

The aim of our study is to identify the main success factors for strat-ups in Morocco's entrepreneurial ecosystem. We did this through semi-directive interviews with 5 entrepreneurs who own start-ups in Morocco in various sectors. By providing a conceptual and theoretical overview of the main determinants of the success of these companies. To this end, a qualitative methodology based on vertical and horizontal analysis was adopted. The results of our study showed that the existence of competent and motivated human capital, abundant financial liquidity, the innovation factor through research and development mechanisms, and the strategic determinant embodied in efficient decision-making, good risk management and effective communication are the main determinants of start-up success in Morocco.
