Leadership styles and CSR practices
Abstract
Today, companies see the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a priority driven by multiple factors. With this in mind, this article looks at executive leadership styles and their impact on the effective implementation of CSR practices.
Indeed, companies are becoming increasingly aware of the positive impact of CSR on their business strategy, as well as the impact of managers' leadership styles on its effective implementation. This integration of CSR plays a crucial role in improving corporate image and reputation. As a result, CSR integration has become a key element in the business strategy of modern companies. In so doing, it becomes essential to analyze different leadership styles in depth and assess their impact on the successful implementation of CSR practices.
In order to analyze and explore the extent to which the leadership style of executives influences the implementation of CSR practices in companies, this article presents a literature review of autocratic and democratic leadership and their influence on CSR practices within the company.
This study will contribute to a better understanding of the importance of leadership in the context of CSR, providing useful insights for business leaders wishing to successfully integrate CSR into their overall strategy. Ultimately, the aim is to explore how leadership can be a catalyst for responsible practices within companies.
