Abstract

Improving the attractiveness of the economy and mobilizing foreign direct investment (FDI) is one of the essential elements of the strategy of the Moroccan economy.

That’s why; Morocco has been engaged for two decades in a series of reforms to improve the business climate and to attract more and more foreign investment through the implementation of necessary conditions for their attractiveness and adoption urgent specific measures.

These investments are a powerful factor in economic take-off. They provide the necessary dynamism in terms of financing, technology and managerial and organizational know-how

To better analyze the correlation between the improvement of the business climate and the attractiveness of FDI in Morocco, it would be better to grasp these concepts through a review of literature without forgetting to make an inventory of the said investments.
