Abstract

The management of institutions is improving year by year in order to align with the highest international standards. Risk Management (MR) is one of the essential foundations for good management. Thus, the valuation and growth of so-called human capital is increasingly prioritized in the long-term and strategic vision of these institutions, which must essentially identify all the risks to which this capital is exposed from an environmental, social and operational standpoint or even financial. This prior mastery makes it possible to optimize and improve the management of activities and ensure positive and sustained performance. The overriding objective is to maintain a valid and acceptable level of this panoply of risks. This work falls within the field of occupational health and safety (OHS) in general and in the hospital environment (sector) in particular. The purpose of this work is the conceptual study of occupational risks and accidents in this context to ultimately contribute to the improvement and development of GR OHS and management of occupational risks / accidents at the hospital level. We have drawn up the state of the art of GR related to OSH in Moroccan organizations, mainly hospitals. This research was also able to examine the correlation of Moroccan and international standards in terms of GR SST in order to highlight the prospects of this case in Morocco. Also, we concluded the impact of OSH on success and performance.
