Abstract
Today, the detrimental cross-border effect of COVID-19 has prompted companies to not only adapt to the changes, but also to highlight new tools to help them survive in the face of this health crisis. It turns out that organizational resilience can be seen as a strategic response by which resilient companies manage disasters and crises to ensure success and future organizational continuity.
This research aims to understand the problematic situation of the organizational resilience of SMEs in the era of this pandemic. To do this, we opted for a qualitative exploratory study of a descriptive nature. We used a series of semi-structured interviews with ten leaders of SMEs in the agri-food sector in Greater Agadir. The data analysis led us to different results. Based on our results, we can confirm that the majority of companies surveyed have shown resilience and successfully coped with the health crisis.
