The impact of HR risk management on the performance of hotel companies in Agadir: discussion of research results and managerial implications
Abstract
The process of any research work is composed of the exposition of the research problem, the development of the theoretical framework, the statement of the hypotheses and the specification of the operational framework. As part of this study, we will try to answer our problem through the evaluation of the dynamics of HR risk management practices based on a quest for performance of hotel companies in the city of Agadir. Of course, these companies must pay more attention to their HR risk management policy in order to offer a more flexible organization. Our choice is justified by the virtual absence of studies on the HR risk management of hotel companies and its impact on performance. Our ambition is therefore to confront the theory with the facts based on a set of hypotheses. In this regard, to carry out a research and allow it to establish its validity and legitimacy, a methodological reflection is essential. We based ourselves on the conceptual framework and the results of the exploratory qualitative survey to develop a survey questionnaire according to a confirmatory protocol of a quantitative nature in order to collect data from our sample. Obviously, the results obtained will be refined by relating them to the conclusions.
