Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies in recent years has allowed companies to benefit from them in terms of time and money and thus modernize their organizational processes. Many authors have tried to address the issue of the impact of the adoption of new information and communication technologies on the performance of organizations.

The objective of our article is to address the following question: "To what extent does the adoption and use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) by organizations have an impact on their performance?". In order to answer this question, we conducted a quantitative study based on responses collected from different companies adopting information and communication technologies.

The results of this article confirm that the introduction of ICTs can only be beneficial for organizations, both economically and strategically.
