Abstract

Of effectuation and entrepreneurial bricolage, we hold an effectual-bricolage entrepreneurial model in an Islamic approach E.B.E.M.I.A to interpret in the field to what magnitude the performance evaluation for the case of the effectual-bricolage model company in an Islamic approach avoid any opportunity for innovation, as a resource based uniquely on the means on board of the company, finishing at performance risk, especially in periods of the most difficult and unpredictable circumstances. The company that follows the E.B.E.M.I.A. has tools on board to protect itself from performance risk. Through the case of the dairy cooperative of Eastern Morocco COLAIMO, this interpretation will be operationalized by means of qualitative approach of interpretivist epistemological approach. To ensure that this case is the most appropriate for the interpretation of our E.B.E.M.I.A, our data collection was initially based on an exploratory study, through an exploration of the COLAIMO website and its premises and demonstration products, and through a meeting with the directors of COLAIMO and a number of its staff. Then, by comparing the information provided by the subjects of our exploratory study with our pre-determined objective [our abductive approach], we confirmed the transition to a more specific data collection for the realization of this work.

COLAIMO's approach of performance evaluation C.A.P.E. is implemented through its commitment to eliminating any source of risk arising from the consumption of its products, and otherwise attenuate it to acceptable level for the consumer, optimizing controls at the appropriate stages of production, improving the skills of its staff through compliance with a high-level training plan to the improvement of its products, the development of communication with its internal and external collaborators, maintaining the certification of its food safety management system FSMS. C.A.P.E. has effectively contributed to saving it from ending up at performance risk.

At the beginning of our research, we encountered the lack of scientific references that directly address entrepreneurial approaches and performance risk, which initially blocked our decision to focus on science. We started with a few references and the Quran and Sunnah. At the pratical level we faced the reluctance of companies to entrust us with their information because of their sensitivity to the Islam.
