Corporate universities and innovation: which articulation?
Abstract
In the era of "Noopolitics" where the power of countries is now held by knowledge, organizations are beginning to rely on knowledge holders and are striving to innovate to rule and govern. Socio-economic changes, technological development and market competition pose new challenges for organizations and require them to constantly renew their practices, directing the needle towards human capital, which is the catalyst for change and the promoter of innovation.
Promoting innovation and ensuring permanent performance implies rethinking training practices in order to revive the knowledge of individuals, strengthen their relationship with the organization and support them throughout their training journey. To this end, during this narrative article, a review of the literature will be mobilized to explain the emergence of the Corporate University, its ability to foster learning and encourage individuals to be creative and efficient. The objective of this article is to show the contribution of Corporate Universities strategies to boosting innovation in the organization and its impact on the organization's development, while illustrating with concrete examples.
