Abstract

Economic development and the distribution of economic activities in the territories among the main of the Economic policies considerations, economic activity is not distributed randomly in space. Each territory wishes to reinforce its attractiveness, faced with this dynamic, the imperatives of globalization and the requirements of the international competitiveness of the territories, Morocco is called upon to take part in a process of territorial planning, governance and intelligence. In this sense, the region Fes-Meknes, is today called to play its role to consolidate its competitiveness, to reinforce its attractiveness and of improvement in its climate of business, and this can be only across, first, the valuation of the climate of actual business, their commendation of the lanes of improvement, the installation of these reforms, and the monitoring of their realization. This paper presents the territorial profile of the region Fes-Meknes. It then proposes evaluations of its climate of business. Finally, it presents the Sector of the agro-food industry in this region for the objective to accompany the region in the valuation of its climate of business, and promote the attractiveness of this sector.
