Public performance in Morocco: A theoretical approach

Abstract
The New Public Management (NMP) involved several changes in the administration’s management methods. This new approach uses the management methods of the private sector to the public sector. Morocco is also one of the countries aiming for change and improvement. With a reform of the organic law of LOF 2011, it applies a new approach “The performance approach”. In this case what will be the contributions and the limits of this reform for the Moroccan administration.
