Crossed views: resistance to organizational change, what phenomenon and what prospects for conduct?
Change management is a laborious and delicate task to implement, especially since the success or failure of the change is depending on it.
Several variables can contribute to the complexity of change management. Mainly resistance, being the common parameter for any change.
Thus, several authors agree that this phenomenon, so complex and so profound, and is the most decisive source of the failure of change.
Referring to several authors, we attempt through this article to explain resistance of the change, to present its forms and origins, as well as to expose models offering perspectives for disarming resistance.
