Abstract

This study examines the level of integration and use of dashboards in Moroccan industrial companies, motivated by the need to understand their success and impact. An exploratory-explanatory methodology was employed, collecting data via a quantitative questionnaire sent to various industrial companies. The results show that 96% of the companies use at least one dashboard, with complete adoption among large companies and 80% among SMEs.

Strategic dashboards are the most common, followed by management dashboards. Companies reported significant improvements, including increased productivity, reduced production costs, and better financial situations. In conclusion, the integration of dashboards is widespread and effective, enabling companies to enhance their performance. Future research is suggested to further analyze the real benefits, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
