Abstract

This article examines the central concept of knowledge transfer within organizations, highlighting its decisive role in promoting innovation and organizational learning. Building on the research work of Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995), which analyzes the complex mechanisms of knowledge transfer, including internalization, socialization, externalization and combination, demonstrating that this process goes beyond the simple transfer of information to result in the transformation of individual knowledge into collective and organizational knowledge.

The article adopts a conceptual review approach, aimed at structuring and deepening understanding of the complex dynamics inherent in knowledge transfer. This methodological choice makes it possible to propose an integrated theoretical framework, shedding light on the underlying mechanisms and suggesting perspectives for future research. In addition, the article explores the positive Influence of integrating information technologies into the knowledge transfer process, highlighting the advantages offered by knowledge management platforms and enterprise collaborative tools for storing, organizing and disseminating knowledge.  This article also highlights the strategic issues inherent in knowledge management in an organizational context characterized by perpetual dynamics. The in-depth analysis reveals the imperative need to develop methodologically rigorous and contextually adapted practices to optimize the effectiveness of knowledge transfer processes, while integrating the cultural, structural and institutional specificities peculiar to each organization. However, it also recognizes the challenges associated with the adoption of these technologies, such as their user-friendliness and their ability to encourage the commitment of employee users.

This article offers a global perspective on knowledge transfer, highlighting its crucial importance for contemporary organizations, while calling for a proactive approach to overcoming the technological and organizational challenges identified.
